I like call flop, raise turn here a lot. Sure the turncard isn't the best to raise as it completes a few straightdraws but you should be often enough ahead to have a profitable raise here.
If he 3-bets you have to make a crying calldown (or fold if a few more draws get completed as the rivercard does here).

River is another valuebet against a call. You can fold against a check/raise to this card (could be a call to other non draw completing cards).
