Preflop : You should raise to 3x50+50 for every limper. So you should atleast raise to 250.

Only 10 hands but when they limp you can assume they are fishy players and : 33, 55, 44 and even A5s can be in their range when you Isolate so small preflop.

On the Flop you can bet bigger with the FD there something like 2/3 Pot.

Also, could i get more value if the bet on river were smaller

I don´t think those card hit him so he will call your bet with some pocket pairs... maybe, like 66-88.

The title suggest you are talking about a dry board on the flop and I think this is a wet board with a lot of draws that villain could have.

The sizing is indeed the most important factor in this hand. If you would raise to 250 pre-flop and Cbet half pot you can sometimes even shove the turn. Especially multi way. Now you give all villains to good odds to call for set value or other funky hands they could hit. Especially multi way AA is vulnerable post-flop.
