Top pair vs fish

My opponent is total calling station and loose fish, his stats are 81 VPIP and 9.5 PFR.
On preflop I was considering about isolating this player as he limped in but decided to just limp as well, Idk which is more profitable play in this situation. As played I hit a flop with TP, BB checks and fish bets 1/2 pot. Easy call of course, I don't want to raise her because I am in position and my opponent is betting and I have very good hand against his range. Turn comes 5 which is not the best for us as our opp range is almost everything and now he can have some draws. And our opp bets pot bet, it would be easy fold vs any reg or tight player but vs this fish idk what to do. As I mentioned before all the info I had about him is that he likes to play almost any 2 (based on stats) and he likes to call with 2nd, 3rd pairs on postflop but I hadn't info about him when he raises big.
So what is the best play here?
