Hey! So I recently (about a week ago) started to play on N8, deposited 500$, and here we are with 1545$ right now. According to PokerCraft we are up 1450$ in cash games (yes yes i know it doesnt count rake). We got 41,5$ from the FishBuffet rakeback system, and 20$ from the welcome bonus. So basically we raked about 450$~ and got back 41,5$ via FishBuffet which is not even 10%, and only 20$ from the first deposit bonus which is supposed to be 15%. Can anyone enlighten me how this might be possible? Am i missing something here?

"You have achieved $180.80 in PVI rake, and your Fish Buffet rewards totalled to $41.50. " so this PVI rake system is a thing and according to that you only rake when you lose a pot or something like that i'd assume? I just dont understand why do they provide a probability chart for all the VIP levels when they have nothing to do with probability
Yes, they have little funny raking system. You rake when you lose. So for winning players, you pay more rake than is counted towards rewards. And vice versa. Probabilities for Fish Buffet can be seen here: https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=2791658#post2791658
Why then in OP case the raked amount in pokercraft is so different from what support said? 450 compared to 180? Sounds odd.
