Hi, villain is 99/44/15 after over 100 hands. So my task is to generate as much value as possible from any random hand. I saw him folding on the flop, but he chased almost every draw and any made hand.

Preflop and flop are standard I guess. Just extracting value with my overpair.
Turn is a weird card. It completes many draws but I still have an overpair against a maniac and now decent draws myself. Is there any other option than betting? And what about the sizing? Should I have made it higher?
On the river I completed straight flush and tried to get max value from K and A flushes. I dont think it makes much sense to check raise since he is rather passive post flop and he will pay the flush anyway. But maybe I scared some random 2 pairs and such.

My 2 cents.

I think sizing is OK but I don't like your river shove.

They are maniacs but when they have nothing they will fold to big bets on the river (they have some brain cells and the last thing they are is color blind).

So a check or small bet to induce a bet/bluff on the river is what I would do.
( go into their heads and figure out what they would see as a bluff bet amount )

On the flop you can easily bet bigger, definitely pot bet is reasonable too.
OTT I would just check, because now completes many flushes, straights, two pairs and if you get a raise than you are in a tough spot. Without Js bet for protection is absolutely fine. And I like your play OTR but only against fish, because sometimes he will call you with any flush on this shove. But don't do it often
