Is this a +EV fold spot???? Especially with no HUD stats or game notes on the player...

River raises are always super strong. Folding such a good hand is difficult but sometimes it is the best move. In this case I would say folding is probably just fine especially against an unknown villain, but I still wouldn't say calling is a mistake. At least it shouldn't be a big one.
since the pot is on .31 on the flop after a 2,5 BB raise, a call, and the blinds. assume you play 5NL.
this was obviously a good player, but since you had no reads, there are many bad players out there that love to call with medium (and sometimes even rag) aces. and when the second ace hits the board many bad players treat trips like the nuts, so because of that i think your call in the end was fine, but i also agree with la55i completely that river raises are almost always strong. so either way, it's a really tough one
however i do see some tiny points of improvement, but nothing even close to a really bad play.
* with the flopped ace (especcialy with two hearts) i would like to bet a bit higher, this because there are so many Ax hands in his range which you could profit from, and if they decided to call with a medium ace, there is no way they would fold their top pair right away after a standard Cbet.
* on the turn i would bet again for more or less the same reason (i often like a bet-check trap as well, just because it really looks like you are giving up a Cbet bluff, i just wouldn't use it now). assuming he has a medium (or weak ace) there is a much bigger chance he will call a bet then bet himself. if he has nothing or not much, you won't get much more out of him either way, and if he crushes you with a monster you are screwed either way (it is true you are more screwed by betting at him, but treating trip aces with K kicker as a mediocre hand will probably lose you more profits then it will safe you more losses)
* if you would play the AK like the 2 ways i mentioned before i would probaly check-call the river or make a blocker bet to not inflate the pot. but as played i think you did really well by betting big, since you didn't make big bets before, i assume you get calls from many Ax hands.
know this are only small adaptions i would have used. looking at the way you played it, i think you are already a winning player within these stakes.
