NL5 KK 3bet flop fold?

I don't let KK post flop, because he had 1,1K hands, 18/13 and 27 wonsd. And turn i got some extra outs. I know it easy let, especially after the turn, but i guess, he had AQ, JJ or fd and try too folded me over pair.

He doesn't have many good draws possible on the flop, except JTs if he even has it, so I think his raise is for value. The question is would he raise Qx for value and I believe that the majority of people wouldn't. Anyway, since the price we get is really good, we can't fold. The turn is a clear check/fold for me, especially vs this sizing.

Flop minraise on a board like this and in squeezed pot looks strong. I believe he is value heavy here. I would still call his minraise. Turn I probably would just fold. I don't believe he would minraise Qx or JJ OTF. Turn also completes some straights.
