Villain, let's say a 30/24 opens from MP and I 3b w 99 from the BTN. They 4bet me. Is it ever ok to continue? In any position? And if not then the 3bet with 99 is always a bluff? should it be a call?

Thank you!

It depends how deep we are playing and how aggressive our villain is, but most of the time I would fold the hand.

99 can be an ok setmine if you are deep enough. Or it can be ok to call if you think villain is 4betting a lot of crap. So there are scenarios where playing 99 vs a 4bet is ok.

If he 4bet 18% or more in that situation I move all in with 22+ and aq

i wouldn't say it's a bluff, you 3b to iso as you are ahead of most of his initial opening range. to call or not really depends alot on his sizing, stacksizes, and on his tendencies, i agree with la55i and sdk1987 here!
I have a question to ojorge: why? 4bet 18% as in 18% of his initial opening range ,right?
