Hm
Why the over bet?
You just have 4 clean outs to the nuts

The board hits the BTN range quite well

Do you have reads?
Villain will fold all his air and just continue with hands like KQ KJ QJ
Maybe he has JT

I agree. This is what makes betting the flop very often even with crappy hands ok. Villain often plays fit or fold after limp calling pre. Now that villain did call OTF it makes the turn bet not so good. Ofc we can get a lot of folds with an overbet but I think it would be nice to have some equity on top of our fold equity also.

Well we have Gutter and 1 over card so our equity isn't dead if he calls, besides i was planning to jam every spade, A and T vs his capped range if i get calll OTT:)

Well the thing is that when someone limp calls they usually are passive fish and those guys frequently do limp call with super strong hands like QQ+,AK also. He also can have any JT hand. I wouldn't say he is necessarily 100% capped.

Board: 9cKcQs7h
Equity Win Tie
MP2 16.53% 16.53% 0.00% { AcJh }
MP3 83.47% 83.47% 0.00% { 99+, 77-22, AQs+, K2s+, Q2s+, JTs, T9s, 92s+, 87s, 72s+, AQo+, K2o+, Q2o+, JTo, 92o+, 72o+ }

In that range villain calls you with pretty much any made hand. Even if we exclude strong hands like QQ+,AK,AQ it doesn't change things much, you still have less than 20% equity here.

With very low equity, you have to make villain fold almost half of his range here to make profit.

That might be possible with a big bet like this but I think that is just taking big risks with little reward. We almost know that villain has something decent he likes and we have only a gutter. Even if we hit we might end up splitting or lose vs a flush. Since you can make him fold a lot of crappy hands OTF, I think a better play would be to bet just about half pot there, check the turn and give up. Then if he checks behind we could start excluding some strong hands and plan to take the pot down OTR if it is a blank.
