Pre Flop: (pot: 2.3 BB) Hero has Q♥ K♣

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, fold, BB calls 1.5 BB

Flop: (6.3 BB, 2 players) 7♣ 8♠ 6♦
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: (6.3 BB, 2 players) 4♠
BB checks, Hero checks

River: (6.3 BB, 2 players) K♥
BB checks, Hero bets 3.17 BB, BB raises to 16.97 BB and is all-in, Hero ???

So i didn't cbet beacuse i think this was a board that could hit on his range or if i cbet he will call with some draw or pair (inspite of his cbet fold is 5/6) so i check since my hand could have some showdown value. On the river i have TP, he didn't show any strength so i could bet for value, but then he raises and now even with TP good kicker i have to fold my hand, it's difficult to call this bet from a passive player that i don't have any reads on a wet board.

Cumps ;)

Despite how bad is the villain I would fold this hand because the risk reward isn't worth and as you didn't cbet your readings should be respected. If he hit a gutshot or even do has a bottom pair this will help him to continue to spew money @tables.

It’s a weird line of our villain, but without reads I can’t call here with top pair. He can easy have a straight or something. Only if you have reads he can do this with a random top pair hand you can profitable call here.

I agree with your thought process.
You will still have a healthy stack, so there is no reason to pay off a "luckbox" 70/5 villain this time.
And especially if you see him as a passive player postflop this is an easy fold.
A bad fold here is much much better than an bad call here, if it makes sense.
