Did i correctly understand that to call on flop i have 10 outs, so about 4 to1 odds. if not exactly 10, how much i should discount.

Just fold on flop, no point to call there. But you have: 3 "fours", 2 "aces", 2 "queens" you have to discount the :spade: ones because of flush. And you can't be always sure that you have even those outs so make it easier and just fold on flop. On turn I would rather prefer to just check behind and keep the pot low.
