na sorry guys, just being stressie. lost about 15 bucks in a hour (.15/.30). had some big bad beats and thought i lost the way to play. but i replayed some of my hands and noticed that i played correctly. just bad luck.
tnx i know were 2 find it. i also reread the downswing page.
haha, big fun 
i just started with game time + and i lost those 50 BB on tables with more then 35 VP$IP. i got beaten by fishes. that was the reason i freaked out.
