PokerStars - 10/20 Ante 3 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

CO: 72.85 BB (VPIP: 42.86, PFR: 14.29, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 7)
BTN: 77.65 BB (VPIP: 71.43, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 7)
Hero (SB): 75.35 BB
BB: 72.45 BB (VPIP: 22.49, PFR: 14.86, 3Bet Preflop: 4.76, Hands: 186)
UTG: 151.7 BB (VPIP: 27.70, PFR: 23.96, 3Bet Preflop: 6.11, Hands: 1,117)

5 players post ante of 0.15 BB, Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.25 BB) Hero has Q♠ 8♠

fold, fold, BTN calls 1 BB, Hero calls 0.5 BB, BB checks

Flop: (3.75 BB, 3 players) Q♣ 5♠ 4♦
Hero bets 1.9 BB, fold, BTN calls 1.9 BB

Turn: (7.55 BB, 2 players) 2♥
Hero bets 3.8 BB, BTN calls 3.8 BB

River: (15.15 BB, 2 players) 6♦
Hero checks, BTN bets 5 BB, Hero calls 5 BB

So i call preflop due to the pot odds. When flop brings Q i think i must value bet even agaisnt two, on the turn the same it could complete some draws but there are worst hands in his range. On the river i don't have any reason to bet again, and most of the times i will check-call. This size it's tricky, he could have 3x, Q with better kicker, two pairs but at the same time it's close to a call.

Cumps ;)

Our villain is loose passive and you are beating only a bluff on the river and read less I would fold the river for sure. I doubt he would value bet a weaker Q here and that’s only Q7.

After reviewing this hand with equilab there isn't much hands that i could beat on the river and i'm facing most times two pairs, straight or better Qx

exactly - this bet coming from a 70/0 player is usually for value. So the vast majority of the times we will have to fold here even though it is very enticing to call.
