My 2 cents.
I played a while a strategy where I folded ALL of these kind of raises. Huge winrate on NL2 and NL5

Then I loosened up (becuase I started tilting a bit) and started calling these types of raises with straights or flushes on a paired board.
I have not met one (1!) bluff.

At 2NL and 5NL when they're no fish and they go all in they have the nuts 90% of the time, I'm convinced of that.
If somebody could make a query in PT where you can filter those (call a raise on the river) without having the (second) nuts it must be -EV

Just my feeling but it brought me a nice bankroll.
