Facing raise on flop with overpair

Shoving flop isn’t to bad. There is a decent amount of draws he could raise with and with better pairs he would 4bet pre-flop with most of the time.

The river is close. You beat only a bluff and is folding most likely better against an unknown.

If we take a look at CO 3bet calling range he could have JJ and sometimes 66. Because Jh and Qh are already known I would say the guy doesn't have that many flush draws. He actually shouldn't be raising much here.
If we shove OTF we just isolate ourselves against better hands. Thinking that he will stack off with TPTK and all of his draws and so on it a bit too optimistic.

I would just call OTF. And as played I would probably call OTR too. After the guy checks behind OTT it looks like he doesn't have a very strong hand. I think BDFDs that raised OTF should continue barreling OTT quite often when they improve to FD. So I don't think the river changes much.

In the Beginner’s course you are taught: If you are in a 3bet pot with QQ+, AK, and you flop TP+, you have a monster, and you go broke asap. On NL2, and especially when facing a steal bet, there are no reasons to deviate.

It is correct that there are few hands that villain SHOULD raise here. But this in NL2, and all those fine reasons fail due to bad play of opponents. Max EV play ON NL2 WITHOUT READS is pushing QQ fast. On NL5, the number of braindeads is significantly lower, there i would indeed recommend a call otf.
