His check raise looks very strong to me + board is paired so full houses are also possible.

We're loosing some value if we're checking behind here. I like ur 1/2 pot size bet. 55-77/99/TT will find a call here.
The problem is, that we can insta fold against a x/r because we only have a bluff catcher. But is Villain bluffing that river frequently?

Easy fold.
