SB: $65.99 (132 bb)
BB: $64.65 (129.3 bb)
UTG: $145.31 (290.6 bb)
MP: $50.75 (101.5 bb)
CO: $44.81 (89.6 bb)
Hero (BTN): $50.50 (101 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q♦: Q♥:
UTG folds, MP raises to $1.25, CO raises to $4.50, Hero raises to $12, 2 folds, MP calls $10.75, CO folds

Flop: ($29.25) 9♠: 8♣: 8♠: (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $14, MP raises to $38.75 and is all-in, Hero calls and is all-in.

Preflop: MP is playing 28/22 in 1,2k hands, folds 63% to 3bets (probably folds a bit more vs cold 4bets). CO is unknown, but likelly a fish when doesn't have a full stack. I decided to 4bet and probably get it in vs any of these players.

Flop: Since MP can have JJ-TT, AK-AQ, I cbet for value. When he shove, I know it could sometimes be slowplayed KK+, but he could also have JJ-TT, AsKs, AsQs or QQ for choping.

With this dynamic your committed if you cbet the flop. I would most likely 4bet to like $10 in total pre-flop in position and cbet half pot and call the shove as well.

Cheers,

With villain's stats, I am not sure if you can still keep TT, JJ, AQ, or even AK in his range. I prefer to cold call his 3bet preflop to keep worse hand and the fish, and I do think QQ plays very well in multi way pots especially ip.

I'm not quiet sure, if we want to play 3-way with QQ and a fish. Putting him on a range is difficult, better it's almost impossible. The fish can have 8x here as well.
I don't even want to play with KK or AA 3-way.

I most likely would expect villain here on TT-KK and AsKs. A call should be +EV.

You don't need to worry about fish's range because QQ is way ahead of his calling range. Especially, if you hit this dry board, you can just value bet (I don't even concern about that 8. If he hits, good for him). So keep the fish in the pot, is definitely EV+
But as played, I highly doubt that the MP is going to keep TT or even JJ after Hero cold 4 bet to $12 and the fish fold.

MPs preflop calling range may be 88-JJ, AQs, AJs, and even ATs.
