Preflop: OK.
Flop: OK.
Turn: Likely that you are beaten here because you are in multiway pot and he is showing some kind of aggression. I prefer to Bet/Fold here.

When do I know it's a good time to fold AA?
Mostly when such players who called preflop start showing aggression postflop then your AA could be beaten but not always. You will manage that with time, the experience will come :P
