Not the flush if we his assume 2% 3bet is representative and his range is AA KK QQ and AKs (only AsKs left). It could be any of these. AA and QQ trying to let you catchup, KK scared of A and hitting set so bets. AK scared of AQ but bets with 2 pair. So you're rarely ahead and
I think you could have checked the turn.
