First of all, I would fold preflop. It usually indicates strong range when a player with low preflop 3bet rate is 3betting vs utg.

As played, your AJ hit tptk on a drawy flop. 4h was one of the best turn card that you can get in the deck. The pot was offering you an odds up to 2.2:1. If you called otf, you can't fold here. You should've just call and hope your hand was good vs flush draw, worse Js, or AQ/AK.
