The board is quite dry, you cbet the flop quite big and then he goes ahead and raises you OTT. That looks very strong. We could just follow baluga theorem and continue only with 2pairs or better when facing a turn raise. Also you should consider what happens when you shove vs what happens when you just call. With a raise here you just make him fold all of his bluffs.

And the range estimation needs some working. Villain shouldn't have half of the hands even postflop that you said he could have OTT.
