I think your options here are either to shove yourself (you still have 22% equity against the flush or the straight) or to check behind and give up on the river because two different hands now beat you (both straight and flush, and with 2 opponents in the hand one of them probably has it).

If my calculations aren't entirely off, I think you need about 30% equity against CO and more against MP1, so I think you should check behind, because no worse hand will call you and no better one will fold. If you bet 4 dollars like that, you just isolate yourself against better hands that you don't have enough equity to play against and lose money in the long run.

It's not that horrible, I'm not sure if I wouldn't do that aswell when I was actually playing It's easier to analyze like this

Preflop: OK.
Flop: Nice raise, you have to protect your hand from flushdraw.
Turn: Uh, bad card for ya in multiway pot. It's a big chance that someone has here the flush and you are beaten because if you ask yourself with what cards would an opponent call you on flop. There wont be many cards and one of them would be with flushdraw. I guess you are beaten here by flush. It wouldn't be a big mistake to push here directly because you have got some outs for FH and also you have a pretty strong hand.
