Flop I would tend to try for check-raise as default but leading is not bad either. Hand is not really vulnerable so if it goes checked there are not that many bad turns overall. If we lead this flop sizing should be big so wp.

Turn and river are good also. No idea why you would want to go smaller with bit over half pot remaining. In river its spot where you either have strong hand like T9+ or so or you are bluffing. So personally I would be shoving river with bit over pot size as well. Villain either has busted draw (unlikely to give value versus small bet either) or he has some sort of made hand like top pair, overpair or better. Villain might be eager to call sizable shove with those made hands often enough for big bet to have better EV. Also if we want to have somewhat balanced range then bigger size also give space for more bluff combos.
