Hello. I am Uberskurk from South Africa.

I have a simple question for anyone in the USA, regarding how they value their dollars.

The exchange rate for my currency is about $1=R10.5 at this time, although this tells me little of how much people in lower stakes games value their dollars.

For example for $2 i could get a pack o' cigarettes, $2.5 makes a sixpack, and $50 will buy me a new video game.

What would you get?

Finally, and more serious, is the above a good or a bad question to be asking?

I wouldn't concern myself too much with how folks value their money at the tables... you will learn that quickly enough by their style of play.

Your focus will be best applied to learning the best way of parting them from their money, no matter how highly the value it. ♦

Read articles, post hands, attend coachings, play your best game always.

Oh well, it doesnt matter anymore, lost my starting capital.
I had my very worst experience of tilt ever and blew it.

If you care to read.This was all against one guy.....(ONE GUY I TELL YOU)

1. All in with AK
He calls with q4
Flop comes q 4 5

I think to myself, man im gna take all this guy's money.

2.All in with KK
He calls with A2
he scores a flush on the river

Was still ok @ this point, merely improbable things happening

3.All in with QQ
he calls with 26 suited (26 suited i tell you)
he flops a flush

After the last one, bankroll management went out the window. Need I say more? :)))
