I think this is quite easy to solve. 21.3bb in the pot, you have to call 16.8bb = you need to win 44.1% to break even, count in rake and you need to win even a little bit more. Then open equilab and put villain on a range.
Difficult to estimate his range but villain looks quite loose recreational so probably any pocket pair, any Ax, good broadways and some suited connectors?

I think I would personally fold 33 most of the time here because he could be heavy on pocket pairs when he shoves and basically any hand has 2 overcards against us. Rake is not that small and I don't expect us to win that much on the long run.
