Pfr: Ok, I'm not going broke with AK with such a large stack :)
Flop: Bet bigger!! Make it 0.8 at *least*. You need protection and value.
Turn: Ok, if youre planning to bet/fold
River: Ok

Definitelly, bet more on the flop. At least $0,65 (you do not have to be more since it is 3-bet pot and 2/3-bet in 3-bet pot is similar to 3/4-bet in 2-bet pot). And remember. You want to built a pot.

On the turn, I like your bet and your bet size. I would not worry about flush draw (even though it is possible) since he does not likely have it and if yes, we still have 10 outs to nuts. If raised on the turn, I would shove it.

We're kind of deepish, I wouldn't want to shove ~5 dollars (a little less?) that I have left just for the full house outs.

I am not afraid of going broke on the turn even for 150BB with trips and TP since it is 3-bet pot (still I have 10 outs ot nuts against flush which is not as likely).
