it was just too much action behind me. the blinds were small so i folded the hand. correct fold?

I thought you had min raised preflop here but my bad, the converter says
20/40 but the hand says 20 is the BB by the limp in being for 20.

Anyhow on this flop with top pair top kicker and my kicker being
the nut flush draw, I am happy to go broke here.

However, I would have raised a little more on the flop.

3/4 pot sized bet, and call any shove/shove any reraise.

when you get a reraise and a rereraise one of the probably already has the flush or at least a set, that leaves you with 7-9 1/2 outs.

Vs the raise and the all-in I..

Still get it in. We have TPTK+nut flush draw. This is the nuts in holdem. Get it in!
