OTF: sometimes check back, 50/50 bet / check
OTT: bet because he is capped. Maybe he check hand like Ad5d, 6d5d, 54 but never ever Tx i think.
OTR: ...

1. what do you do on the river if opponet check?
2. check back turn?
3. I think the problem here is that we are not capped on the turn. We can have Tx ourselves, bluff here is crazy i think.

Why do you say Villain is capped, maybe he isn't thinking thoroughly thru the spot and try to trap you?

I guess a check for potcontrol OTT is fine, because there are already some better hands, and if the flushouts hit OTR it gets even worse. Your set is just a better bluffcatcher here in my opinion. You do not have 3 streets of value on this board I guess?!

The question on the turn is: Do you bet for value/protection or as a bluff ?

I would check behind turn and decide what to do on the river. My observations are that they never bluff on one card straights board and villian has it here. So im folding the river
