AK re-steal BB vs BTN.. I don't know how to play these spots. Can you give me a key? TY.

This board hits his 3bet calling range quite hard. A check/fold for me on the flop

I have also been struggling in these spots somewhat, but agree with Sunrise. Its fine to check fold. I think villain wants to see a lot of turns here and even if you hit A or K you can be way behind to 2 pair sets and straights or any club which can all easily be in his 3bet call range on button.
