i would bet on the turn slighly more. About 12 BB on the turn to bet 25 on the river. But if you play a fish I would just shove the river and hope he has a 4,Q, Flush or any set.

Yeah I would go turn bit bigger versus likely fish as they like to call too eagerly usually. Seems fine otherwise with deeper stacks. Shoving river is rarely optimal because if villain has 4x+ he should be often raising river anyway. With this sort of sizw we can decently often get some 88 to hero call.

why should a loose passive fish raise the river with a 4? calling stations will call all ins rather than betting them.

Well in general 4x will beat most of heroes value range and people wont often find fold with hands like KK, AA, AQ, KQ. Does passive player raise is question in itself. But flush or better will be raising practically always anyway I suppose. So we might force too many weaker holdings to fold with shove even if we get more value versus small part of his range. 4x is after all unlikely even for loose fish.

imo the guys cant fold. If we shove it looks to them like a bluff. Dont you think they will make bad hero calls? loose passive guys cant laydown hand. This is why in lower stakes makes tgem so profitable to play with. he dont have to call that often. if he calls a large value bet he can call a shove to imo. its just more value.
