AQo - SB vs BB - 4bet

Anyhow. 4bet with the intention to call of a shove.

So, you think it is better than calling here and being OOP with an offsuited A w/o initiative?

What weaker hands do you expect to see after calling his all-in? Playing for all the stack with AQo is much more expensive gambling than just calling his 3-bet for 9 bb... If you want to call the shove, so you expect that he has some bluffs in his range, so why not to call his bluff-3bet with better hand?

Yap, you can 4-bet AQo sometimes in such spots, but do you really need it on NL2? Just play simple game and wait for AK or JJ+ to shove..

Your 4bet is way too big and does not leave you with any room for postflop plays. You are also not giving him space to make a mistake. This means, that if he shoves - you are always in a bad spot cause he realizes with this sizing you are never folding to a shove with that big of an investment postflop.

As played, the flop bet is fine, you can make some pairs and AK fold, hopefully.
