cbetting my BDFD and overcards. Maybe a too big cbet. Should I have used 30%? 40%?

I don't think I'm ahead of anything that didn't fold to the flop cbet. Maybe worst AXs and some KXs?
Should I call anyway with such good odds?

I think on the flop you can bet a bit smaller, I prefer 30-40% in this scenario.

After the turn is checked through, facing a villain bet on the river. I would never call here. The board is very connected and opponent is on the BTN and can have all pairs in his range. Him limping preflop also indicates a fishy player. So he could be betting with any made hand here. Even vs such a small bet I am folding.

An alternative line on the river would have been to put pressure on the villain and bet out following the turn check through. 2 reasons for doing so are, firstly you don't give villain the chance to bluff you off of AK with the part of his range that missed. secondly if villain isn't a total fish, on this board you really put pressure on his mid pairs that called the flop but won't be willing to call a 2nd bet on such a 4straight connected board. I would bet 70%+ here
