I fold... even if your 100% sure he'll shove ATC here... Your loosing so little and you can pretty much steal the blinds from the middle stack there so often... since he want's to survive the short stack... SO yeah I fold..

I guess if he has 800 chips I would insta call

you are not often enough ahead here and you're not getting the right pot-odds so easy fold.

if villain had 800 here it would be a call since then you only need 37 % equity to make this call + EV which you're getting since he needs to push very wide.
