I'm going to post a lot of hands, including this stupid/tilted hand, to see if I can learn anything from them.
So, BB is a tag that keeps pushing me off some hands. But, this probably isn't one of those hands.
PT4 replayer says me that, based on 555 handes, he is a 23/19 with an AF of 3.
ATS of ~40%, fold to steal of ~75%.
cbet F, T and R of 75%, 75% and 40%.

I usually prefer to call and play this hand IP against a MP OR.
But taking into account that SB had a 3bet pre of 13%, I guess I could've 3-betted this hand or called the MP OR and called again only if MP had also called the 3-bet (good pot odds). Fold otherwise.

the guy cbets 75%. In other situations, it could be almost anything. In this one, it is probably a reasonable hand (I think).
It's a very hard board to hit. I know it and he knows it, but I only have a bd fd and overcards in a 3-bet/squeezed pot. Fold, I suppose.

How do I fight back? Some general lines.
Don't get me wrong, I would rather playing only against fishes, but it's almost impossible avoid the regulars all the time...
It's not a giant sample size, but he folds a bunch to 3bets (78%) and only 4bets 4%.
When OOP (let's say CO vs BU), should I call his 3-bets with a tighter range? Something like TT+,ATs+,KTs+,QJs,AQo+? I suppose, it should be a range good for 2 streets of villain cbets, right?
When IP (BU vs CO), should I 3-bet/fold a lot of trash-suited hands + 3-bet/4-bet some value hands (AQs+, AQo, JJ++) and just call with hands that I would usually 3-bet other players in this situation?
Maybe play good draws more aggressively, both IP and OOP? Or float the flop and bluff raise or bluff check/raise the turn with some draws?
