SB posts SB 0.4 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has J♥ A♦
fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, SB raises to 2 BB, Hero calls 1 BB
Thoughts:

Spoiler

I usually 3-bet AQ+ here and just call with worst AX.

Flop: (4 BB, 2 players) K♦ 9♦ J♦
Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

middle pair + nuts fd.
Should I go for a raise here?

SB bets 2 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Turn: (8 BB, 2 players) T♣
Thoughts:

Spoiler

At this point, I should've folded. I don't beat any hand that cbets on this turn.

SB bets 4 BB, Hero calls 4 BB

River: (16 BB, 2 players) J♣
Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

I don't recall if that was a non sense value bet or a non sense bluff, but it was horrible either way.
I can't think in any better hands that would've folded to that bet or worse hands that would've called.

SB checks, Hero bets 9 BB, SB calls 9 BB

Spoiler

Hero shows J♥ A♦ (Three of a Kind, Jacks)
(Pre 62%, Flop 27%, Turn 14%)
SB shows Q♦ 3♦ (Flush, King High)
(Pre 38%, Flop 73%, Turn 86%)
SB wins 32 BB

Nice play bad result. His stats are way to nitty to raide the flop.

I didn't get. If his stats are too nitty, wouldn't our fold equity be high?
I mean, I wouldn't raise draws against a guy that nevers fold (calling stations or maniacs). I rather raising draws against opponents that could eventually fold (nits, tags, tight passive)...

Unless you meant his OR range is too narrow (something like TT+,AKo,AQs+).
But any over or toppair without a bdfd could potentially fold to a raise, on this flop.

Well i guess you played the hand correct pr, flop and turn...

but even if you improve on the river this is a fold...
The J helps villain a lot as well...
Now you are beat to any flush, all Qx and some boats (99; TT)
What would you donk for potsize on this river for
- value?
- bluff? (be honest, would you ever donk as a bluff on such a board, without having a read on villain?)
