can34: folds

How can he fold if he is all-in?!?

That's my point. :)

Stars' bug or intentional? X(

Seat 8: can34 (11 in chips) is sitting out

that's the reason, on other poker rooms (i saw it on FTP ) a sitting out player can win if he is all in. on stars he can't and his hand is folded even all in.

^^^^^
An all-in sitting out player cannot contest for his side pot.
It's a crappy rule, BUT

Think of it as a live game.
If your not at the table your hand is folded.

Stars always do this.................it is good , it prevents players registering then sitting out to get ITM. I wish FT did this.

You would not say it was a good thing if you had experienced getting AA, raising, then getting reraised by one player and seeing another go all in before your system clicks and you get disconnected from the server. Once you get back in you find out your hand was folded.

Of course this is true, but I think there'd be more cases of misuse (free showdown without investing more) than it'd be good for people

This is not the same... He is sitting out before hand is even dealt.

OK, now I understand, and it's indeed a good rule... but it's still a bit strange. ;)
