AQ raise on the river

Preflop: I think it is ok to have AQs here in my 4bet range especially having position on the 3bettor. Is the sizing ok?
Flop: straightforward to me, check
Turn: I make TPTK and call, is this ok? Don't think it is worth to raise here.
River: I make a raise, thinking he rarely has KK as he called the 4bet pre-flop OOP and even more rarely has AA as I block an A, I think he often enough has KQ(o) maybe sometimes QJ. Should I have called instead, or is it ok to raise? Mostly in doubt about this street.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Call preflop is better, 4bet is big, you are in position.OTT is raise. OTR just call, imo.

Since you are the 4bettor his check OTF is not necessarily a sign of weakness. Although I probably would bet this flop if I were Villain. In my eyes calling OTT is fine, raising is an option as well. I'm not sure which line is maximizing your EV. His range is usually pretty strong, so I don't think we have a ton of foldequity here, and the hand is not top of our value range.

OTR call, no raise.

Preflop I would just flatcall.
