I really had no clue how to play this one, so I decided to just call down.
Unfortunately I played miserably on the River and lost a lot of value, but this is not my primary question here.

PartyPoker $0.5/$1 Hold'em (10 handed) Converter

PreFlop: Hero is UTG2 with J♣, A♠
UTG1 folds, Hero raises, 2 folds, MP2 3-bets, 5 folds, Hero calls

Flop: (7.5 SB) K♦, A♥, Q♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls

Turn: (4.75 BB) A♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls

River: (6.75 BB) J♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls

Total Pot: 8.75 BB

Bet flop or check/raise flop, u have top pair with top kicker, i would have check/raise here and if he 3-bets he have 2 pairs or set so its easy fold.

my plan would have been to call down unimproved. The turn is were it gets kind of tricky, but the situation didn't really change a lot (most hands you were behind to, so i like the turn play as well.
river though u must make some kind of a move but i am not sure what, both a bet/call a bet/3bet and a cr have some value. I would probably play bet/call here but as said i am not sure about that.
