i have olready got my starting capital on full til and lost it
is it posible to do the same thing for other sites ? to get a starting capital ?

Nope. I highly doubt they'd give another one if you lost it already. You signed up 2 days ago, so you must have gotten it like yesterday or today. When they provide you with starting capital its an investment in you. And it doesn't seem like you're too good of an investment.

Yes you can get starting capital at any site, this time round you'll have to deposit your own starting capital though. Pokerstrategy offers you a free $50 and all the learning you should need, if you lose all your money after that you want more? Why would they do this, especially since you only registered 2 days ago?
