With 8 outs and a lot of fold equity it's a fine shove. The few tiimes he has a big hand you have still some equity or he hit's a lucky full house.

when do you play draws agressively? if we are lower then 10 BB?

It depends on board structure and how aggressive the villain in the hand is.
Off course if you are lower in chips I would play it more aggressive than if ou are playing >100bb deep.

i want know how much BB I need to make this profitable in equity terms but I think it depends to much on the situation an icm right? Do we rend to play draws in mtt more agressive than in stt?

There are lot of variables in general that affect on how to play draws. Board structure, stack depths, your range, villain range, ICM effects, villain tendencies, ... But I would say that ICM is more often favoring more aggro approach if opponent understand ICM concept. As then villain needs more equity to call.

But this is standard spot for semibluff. Good thing is that villain range is wide and he is likely cbetting too often. So we have decent risk:reward to shove and villain has lot of weak high card hands that probably fold. Personally I would probably raise to 1400-1500 and call if he shoves. If he calls shove turn. Main point is that with sizing like that we can add some weaker draws as raise-fold. But not big difference.
