How would you play this hand?
I might just raise already OTF. You want value and protection. Your hand is good and you want to win some money. Difficult to do that in limped pot so I would be happy to start increasing the pot immediately ![]()
As played, definitely raise bigger OTT. When villain sees a raise, he is either going to call or fold, this is NL2. He probably doesn't even notice the raise size you used. And if he notices it, that minraise just looks stronger to him. OTR I would also bet bigger.
Thanks la55i.
I have some tendency to play passively on the flop when I hit a hand without being the PF agressor. I don't know if it's considered a leak, especially at NL2 level.
I realized that with two opponents on the turn was time to start building it, and I agree with you about the sizing.
On the river I was clearly looking for value and I also believe you're right when you say a bigger size here would work almost as good as a smaller size, again because it's NL2.
