UTG+1 ($1.71) 86bb
CO Hero ($2.05) 103bb
BTN ($2) 100bb
SB ($6.02) 301bb
BB ($2.32) 116bb

Pre-Flop: (0.03, 6 players) Hero is CO 9♦: 9♣:
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.06, Hero calls $0.06, 3 folds
Flop: 6♣: 7♦: 4♥: ($0.15, 2 players)

UTG+1 bets $0.12, Hero calls $0.12

Turn: T♣: ($0.39, 2)
UTG+1 bets $0.18, Hero ?

UTG+1 seems to be a donkey, with 86bb stack, and betting pot flop. What do you do in this situation?

I call
And you could have raised the flop, but whatever.

I think I'd raise on the flop as well. You don't want to see high cards appearing on the turn because they hit the villain UTG range, especialy if he's a donk and only raises his best hands.

You have a gutshot straightdraw on the turn, so I'd call / raise as well.

I think the call on the flop is okay, we keep the cbet range for his bluff and we get him to continue. Turn is call, there are still 7x, 88 and bluffs in the villain range. River I would fold if he made a strong bet.

Call turn. He is going to have enough cheese in his range where calling turn is going to be massively profitable. He's going to be betting OESD's, 7x, 88, whiffed over cards, A highs, etc. to go along with his made hands. You only need like 24% here to continue and I would venture to guess you are closer to 50% vs. his range.

I called turn BTW, and river was J♦:.
Villain continued betting half pot OTR, and I think I was almost of the times below his range, but I called (IMO it had to be an easy fold).

I guess the thought spot was the turn call, but maybe raising flop would give me easier decisions later.
