I have 7 hands from the vilain, 80% VPIP, open limps and 74bb stack. Seems to be donkey. How can I proceed in this situation?

As played it's a rather obvious call in my opinion.

bet this flop man. If you dont bet this what flops do you bet at all ? You have a hand that needs protection and value. Plenty of weaker hands to get calls from. As played, call the turn. Plenty of hands you still beat.

Yep. You're right. I didn't see it. I had to bet OTF.
