Situation is like this...

You get HU really early in the sng, blinds are still 80/160. You have 4000 chips and villain has 9500 chips..

Every time you raise preflop, he calls... on the flop he will often bet or just call your cbet. Turn the same, haven't got a clue when he does what.

When he has position preflop he seems to e randomly calling, pushing, raising preflop...

Few examples

Looks like he is calling then waiting for you to show some weakness, ie checking before he makes a big bet to take you off the pot.
You have to vary it against this type of player.
No point in standard raising if he is calling anyway. Raise bigger or limp in. Check raise, overbet. I guess that if you limped in, he would raise. Thats fine, fold a couple of times then shove over 3rd time with atc, he will fold.
He thinks he is strong cuz he outchips you but that situation can quickly turn around.

Hi,

AJo =68.6 = push
A4o =26.5 = push
44 = 41.3 = push

use the HU charts mate in the gold section they do help with these decisions.
good luck :)

yes these help or you could use a stop and go strategy post flop as you seem to be having problems in this area.
i.e. raise pre flop/check flop,wait for (sv) to bet , then go allin. this works a treat against this kind of opponent.
dont forget its the big stacks right to put you to the test .!,SO YOU HAVE TO STAND YOUR GROUND WITH YOUR GOOD HANDS. BITE BACK !!!, FIGHT THE AGGRESSION WITH AGGRESSION.
calculation= s stack/divide by BB to get your push number then compare to the chart, if lower PUSH ! (this is in the first row ) the (sv) row. the others are if you know what range the opponent will call with . hope this helps you
good luck :)
