Your website, same as 99,999% of the other poker websites, claim that the Marketing Code should be entered when making a new account IN the PokerStars.EU software...
Now, this option is non existant....
PokerStars.EU support staff is so insanely .... , they are stuck in an never ending loop saying "follow the link on pokerstategy.com to create an account".
They never respond to my question/statement, that there is NO link for this on either PokerStrategy.com or any other (big) poker website which make advertisement for PokerStars.EU
So in short, my question is; has PokerStars simply become a false advertisement / tourist trap thingy, trying to lure in more new customers with big and shiny promises, only to never deliver afterwards???
Or is the problem with all but 0,0001% of the poker sites out there (like this one), who never updated the Account Creating section for Poker Stars?
According to PokerStars, the problem is not them...
