Is your 4bb raise preflop standard? Do you make it with all hands or just the strong ones? I'd recommend that you lower your open raise to 3bb (with all your range)

I would play it the same against a TAG type of player. Only thing is that I would make it 3bb in the SB.

If it was a loose passive player you could bet more on every street for value like pot size bet and shove the river, but now it's fine.

He was dominated from the very beginning and he couldn't realize that.
3 barrels with TPTK is not a weapon I use very often, but in this situation, with that board, is perfectly legit.
I'm kind of surprised he just called 3 streets with TP because he had position and never used it to put pressure on you.
You could make a big bet on the river, but I think that what made him call here was the fact that you bet less, giving him a good price with AJ to go to showdown.
