I play this hand and i dont know if i make the better move after the flop.

I make 3barrels because i think is thight passive player and can make call with Jx worts or pocket pairs.

I would most likely bet the flop more multi way for value. You can easy bet like 55-60% pot for value. The rest of the hand seems standard against a loose passive player.

how about check turn for pot control and bet or x/c river?

Against a fish I would always go for value on the turn.
If he was a regurlar I think checking is fine.

i think versus a passive player i want to take value.
If i note the passive player are the player who only call down with Jx or 2x to jump river i make a note and i think in pot control.
