PF is good, on the flop though its a wet board why not raise alittle bigger to keep your lines balanced. I would check behind on the turn what kind of a hand could he call you with here.. a set, maybe a made flush or a flush draw most of the time worse than yours. On the river I might find a fold here, he is representing a monster either a boat a set or a flush..unless you have reads on him saying otherwise.

I reraise more PF when facing a minraise, treating it like a normal raise actually, don't want him to catch his set cheaply.

Without history, I CB, check behind the turn, and probably call a reasonable bet on the river.

That would be my line as well. Although the turn is close between betting and checking.
