I would like to check this river. Flush completes, straight possibility is there since the flop, also plenty of 2 pair combos and maybe some sets as well.

I dont really see many hands that you beat would call a river bet. Only 2 hands that you beat and would consider calling the river are KQ and KJ. Rest of the hands pretty much beat you, so by betting here you only extract value from KQ and KJ combos, while you value your self to 2pairs, sets, flushes, straights.
I would check if I were you in this spot.

Agree with greatpk.

I think that if there's value OTR it is thin. I don't like to 3rd barrel this boards with TPTK.

3b bit bigger, we face a small or + we are deep. Otf i would go smaller villains have bunch of sets and some 2p and we have "just" tptk mw afterall. Turn is somewhat blank even though both villains could have j8s. If u look at the pot i think its too big (due to huge flop sizing) and i dont feel really comfortable there. I would bet just 1/3. R unless you know villain is station, xf. As said above i dont see anything wotrse calling you.

Check behind - like always.

I dont think villians has too many straights/sets or two pairs as these would raise either the flop or the turn to charge you. Admit it - the board is scary if you have a set/KT or T9 here - so you would want to raise with these. Same applies for QJ combos unless its Q♥:J♥:

However, he might have some sort of a gutshot holdings with the hearts, as well as 9x or Tx hearts like T♥:J♥: Q♥:J♥: T♥:A♥: J♥:A♥:, 8♥:T♥:

He might also have 8x like K8/89/8T/78

I am more scared of his backdoor flush combos and 8x rather than his 2p/sets/straights

I think everything is already said. I agree with the posts above. For me this river would be a check behind. What you could do better is tweak those sizings a bit.
