Raise OTF is best if you want to continue with it. Calling OOP with the gutshot and the ace is not good imo.
Turn is great. Check-call is good overall. If you bet and he raises you'll have to fold I think.
But think about the river now. Do you want to lead the river if it comes blank? Check-call it? You still have the gutshot, but it's a shot in the dark.

River is blank, but a bet here is only make him call with better hands. But if you check and he bets you have a real decision.
So I really don't know what it's best here given the previous action.

I suppose it's a fold because I don't see them bluffing that spot that much.

Yes, easy fold OTR if he bets actually.. it’s not bluffed enough, and you don’t beat anything from his value betting range.
